Battle Dove Seraphine
1820RP
Seraphine was Anima Squad’s comms officer, the “girl in the chair”—until she became the first Battle Dove, using her naturally sensitive hearing to operate a new AnimaTech suit that weaponizes sound waves to rock the battlefield! When she intercepts a strange distress call, Seraphine gets her first mission: find the source, and lead a team to the rescue.
Battle Bunny Aurora
1350RP
As Anima Squad’s sole research specialist, Aurora uses her understanding of the Primordians (and PhD in bioengineering) to translate and adapt Primordian technology. While her work has led to incredible advancements in Anima Squad’s equipment, her true passion is helping the world understand Primordians as she does.
Battle Bat Xayah
1350RP
Bat Squad’s edgy hotshot Xayah knows that sometimes you have to strike first and hard to make a statement. Hailing from an attempted settlement outside Final City that was destroyed, Xayah’s grudge against the Primordians is deeply personal. Between battles, she uses her stealth training to avoid Seraphine prying about who the guy she’s always texting is.
Primordian Rek’Sai
1350RP
Final City built its barricades high, protecting its citizens from countless Primordian threats. Rek’Sai laughs in the face of these obstructions—or at least mimics a laugh in the form of a loud, painful screech. Having evolved to tunnel beneath land, she is the ideal infiltrator, the first Primordian to lay eyes on Final City… but certainly not the last.
Primordian Bel’Veth
1350RP
The tide of war has turned, with Primordians scattered and Anima Squad idling safely in Final City. But deep below the tranquil sea, Bel’Veth plots. A creature of incredible intelligence, she grew used to living in Aatrox’s shadow, her masterful tactics less bombastic than his brute strength. Now her time has come to rise above the waters and strike.
Cyber Cat Yuumi
1350RP
When Jinx stumbled onto an old Primordian program, she couldn’t help but tinker with it, creating what would become the sentient digital cat behind the Anima Squad interface: Yuum.ai! Now inhabiting a shiny new hologram body, everyone’s favorite online helper, bug swatter, and demander of head pats can hop into battle alongside her allies.
Prestige Cyber Cat Yuumi
2000 event Tokens
Bringing your pampered pet as a plus one to A-list events is all the rage, but sometimes you don’t want to have to worry about cat hair. No problem, because this latest model of Cyber Cat Yuumi is here to prove that they call it a “catwalk” for a reason!

Anima Squad 2024: Everything You Need To Know
The Primordian threat has pushed civilization to the brink. Their prime directive: extinguish humanity. Now, Anima Squad, Final City’s elite task force of superpowered warriors is ready to lead the dawn of a new human resistance. We welcome you to this summer’s Anima Squad event and the brand new game mode, Swarm!
BRAVE THE SWARM
Swarm: Operation Anima Squad is a bullet heaven survivor game set in the Anima Squad universe. In it, players will experience some of their favorite League champions in a completely new way. A chill, co-op PVE game mode, Swarm allows you and up to three friends to battle waves upon waves of Primordians and some terrifying bosses. Whether you’re victorious or swept away by the masses of Primordians, each run will grant you progress to power up and return to Final City stronger for another go.
We’re excited to bring this bullet heaven-inspired game mode to League players for the summer event. Here are some tips to help you as you deploy into Swarm:
-
Learn the controls: You’ll be using WASD controls as you make your way through four maps and three difficulty levels. For Leauge die-hards this may feel a bit unusual, but we believe in you.
-
Shoot your shot: Every champion’s basic weapon can be aimed at enemies or set to fire automatically. There’s a button that will allow you toggle your preference, so select what works for you.
-
Explore the zone: Make sure you’re walking around the map to find some pick-ups and gain advantages over the Primordians.
-
It’s okay to fail: We’d honestly be surprised (and incredibly impressed) if you made it through these missions unscathed. Every game, you’ll earn persisting game progression; level up and you’ll be stronger for the next run.
-
Play with a squad: When playing with friends, you’ll be able to take advantage of skill and ability synergies across characters. Experiment to find the best rosters to match your playstyles.
-
Achievement unlocked: You should discover quite a few achievements throughout Swarm. Some of these will unlock new playable champions, weapons, or augments, some will grant metagame progression, while some will give you permanent rewards for your League account.
We’re thrilled to provide a style of gameplay to players that’s League of Legends-adjacent and perfect for playing with your friends. A big part of our design and development philosophy was to create a low-pressure, alternative mode that still feels rewarding to beat. In Summoner’s Rift, it can be hard to play with all your friends across different skill levels, which makes spending time together in-game challenging. In Swarm, our goal is that anyone who has friends who play League can jump in and enjoy beating up some Primordians together through some good, ol’ fashioned buddy co-op.
We’ve crafted a diverse array of experiences for you and your friends in this game mode, featuring nine champions, 20 weapons, and numerous power-ups. Take a chance by trading off durability for damage with the Glass Cannon augment or lean into Ebb and Flow, which might rapidly speed up your fire rate or make you… shoot… pain… fully… slow. With so many different options to play around with, we hope that you’ll find each game feeling fresh and exciting.
We can’t wait to see and hear about the wild combinations you discover as you defend Final City. For more details on Swarm, please check out the Player Support Article.
